Our 4 bedroom home in the heart of the seaside township of Brighton in Ōtepoti/Dunedin offers all the amenities that you need for a peaceful and enjoyable stay. With the patrolled (seasonally) beach and Otokia Creek Reserve just across the road and the wonderful Brighton Beach Cafe and On the Spot shop just a few doors down, there is no need to go far if you that is what you wish, or Dunedin City is just a 20 minute drive north & the stunning Taieri Mouth is a 15 minute drive south along the beautiful Pacific coastline. A little more information on our Brighton home.
Our beautiful character filled 4 Bedroom home with open plan living area is perfect for families. The styling is inspired by the local beach and flora colours surrounding the home. There is a full kitchen with Fridge/Freezer, Gas Hob with large oven. It also has a handy dishwasher and has plenty of plates and platters for entertaining. The area opens up to a breakfast bar and dining area that is off to the side of the beautiful lounge area with a log burner. 2 sets of French doors open up to the outdoor living area. Perfect for lovely Summer evenings.
Bedroom 1 (Main bedroom) contains a King Bed with views & French doors leading to the front garden patio area. Bedroom 2 contains 2 x Single (Twin) beds with views of the front garden. Bedroom 3 has a Queen Bed with a lovely lead light window feature and the final bedroom has a King Single with a Single Trundler. This bedroom is the sunniest room, so a great place to laze away and read a good book. There is one full bathroom with a shower over bath (suitable size for little ones) and a half bath with laundry.
There is also a desk for guests who still have to do a bit of work - with unlimited fiber internet. The TV also has Netflix if you want to cuddle up on the couch and relax after a day exploring and experiencing all our area has to offer!
